Payment:
advance payment of the stay is required. It is advisable to make an early transfer. It is possible to make on-site payments with the main credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) and ATMs.
In the absence of payment, the Property will not give access to the apartments.
To be paid locally:
cash deposit of Euro 100 (will be refunded at check-out);
mandatory final cleaning Euro 25
Optional Supplements:
Cleaning apartment and changing bed and bath linen during your stay: Euro 40.
Cleaning apartment during your stay Euro 25.
Small pets (accepted upon prior notice) Euro 20 per week.
Any damage to the structure and furnishings will be evaluated and charged.

Accepted payment: cash, bancomat, credit cards (except American Express) and bank transfer. Bank checks are not accepted. Prepayment is mandatory; without prepayment the access to the apartment will not be allowed. A mandatory 25 euros cost for the cleaning service will be added.
The total bill has to be prepaid at the check-in stage. Without prepayment the access to the apartment will not be allowed.
Optional supplements:
Apartment cleaning and bedding and bathroom towels change during the stay: 40 euros.
Apartment cleaning during the stay: 25 euros.
Small pets (with prior request): 20 euros per week.
