Apartment San Francesco is located at ground floor and composed of living room, kitchen, full private bathroom accessible for people with reduced mobility and bedroom with double bed (upon prior request, it’s possible to have 2 single beds). In the living room there is a sofa-bed, which guarantees a secondary extra double bed. This apartment is decorated with a collection of Pirelli Calendars and has a small private backyard.

Prices are per apartment per week. Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm / check-out before 10 am. For arrivals after 19.00 please contact the property in advance (any supplement) Minimum stay: one week, from Saturday to Saturday. For different periods, contact the hotel. Quotes include: normal consumption of water, electricity, heating, air-conditioning;

Payment conditions:

Accepted payment: cash, bancomat, credit cards (except American Express) and bank transfer. Bank checks are not accepted. Prepayment is mandatory; without prepayment the access to the apartment will not be allowed. A mandatory 25 euros cost for the cleaning service will be added.

The total bill has to be prepaid at the check-in stage. Without prepayment the access to the apartment will not be allowed.

Optional supplements:

Apartment cleaning and bedding and bathroom towels change during the stay: 40 euros.

Apartment cleaning during the stay: 25 euros.

Small pets (with prior request): 20 euros per week.

Structural or furniture damage will be evaluated and charged.
