Prices are per apartment per week. Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm / check-out before 10 am. For arrivals after 19.00 please contact the property in advance (any supplement) Minimum stay: one week, from Saturday to Saturday. For different periods, contact the hotel. Quotes include: normal consumption of water, electricity, heating, air-conditioning;

Payment:

advance payment of the stay is required. The reservation will be confirmed upon payment by bank transfer of a deposit equal to 30% of the apartment rate and balance on arrival. It is possible to make on-site payments with the main credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) and ATMs.

In the absence of payment, the Property will not give access to the apartments.

cash deposit of Euro 100 (will be refunded at check-out);

mandatory final cleaning Euro 25.
